Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service ("TOS"), as amended from time to time by Three Generations Pool/Spa Maintenance and Repairs, LLC, a limited liability company, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, and assigns ("Three Generations Pool/Spa," "us," "we," and/or "our"), govern your ("Client," "you," and/or "your") purchase and/or use of our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This TOS outlines our obligations to you, and your obligations to us, regarding any Services you purchase or use. These TOS apply exclusively to our provision of pool and spa maintenance, cleaning, and repair services.
By engaging in our Services, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this TOS, as well as all other applicable rules or policies, terms and conditions, or service agreements that we may establish from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference. You may also choose to purchase Additional Services from us, our partners, and/or other third parties, which may be governed by their own service agreements or related terms and conditions, and it is your responsibility to review, accept, and comply with those agreements.
This TOS may be updated occasionally and will be posted on our website.
Service Terms
- We will send an invoice at the end of each month for services rendered during that month. Payment is due upon receipt. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to payments received after the 15th of the month.
- Services are conducted from Monday to Friday. If a scheduled service day falls on a major holiday, it will be rescheduled to the closest available business day.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as lightning storms or heavy rains, we may be unable to provide full service. However, chemical checks and basket emptying will still be performed.
- Access to your pool/spa/fountain is required for weekly service. Please ensure that gates are accessible and pets are secured. No credits will be issued for inaccessible pools/spas/fountains during scheduled services.
- The weekly service fee covers up to half an hour of labor per visit. Additional visits may be necessary due to environmental conditions, with commercial pools potentially requiring longer service times.
- We use a combination of liquid chlorine and chlorine tablets for water treatment. Specific treatment schedules and methods may vary based on the season and pool type.
- Three Generations Pool/Spa is not responsible for water chemistry changes or issues arising from environmental factors.
- We assume no liability for equipment failures or pre-existing conditions affecting the pool/spa/fountain's structure or functionality.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining proper water levels. No credit will be issued for service issues related to improper water levels.
- Ensure pool toys, floating devices, and covers are removed before service visits. We do not handle the removal or installation of safety nets or covers.
- A predetermined dollar amount cap can be set for the repair of minor items without prior approval to expedite the repair process.
- Service may be suspended during specified periods, such as holiday weeks, with advanced notice for any additional closures.
- Service days are subject to change due to routing and scheduling adjustments, with any changes communicated in advance.
- Filter servicing is required periodically to maintain water quality and system functionality. Estimates for filter services will be provided, with service proceeding if approvals are delayed.
